Which SSD flash driver for SPC564B74L7

Hi!

Which SSD flash driver do I need for device SPC564B74L7 ?

At MPC564|32 Bit Microcontroller (MCU)|Freescale there is no download for the flash driver. However I need one for programming flash through JTAG Nexus Interface.

Is it possible to use the C90FL_JDP_SSD http://cache.freescale.com/files/microcontrollers/software/device_drivers/C90FL_SM_JDP_FLASH_SSD_DEV... ?

In Nexus Programming Spec http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/app_note/AN4365.pdf there are only following devices listed with the same core type. But It seems for specific devices there are specific ssd drivers, so I am not sure which one to use, or if there's a MPC564B74 specific one too?

SPC564B74L7 is device from ST, so you should ask rather ST :smileyhappy:
