Table 38 in the datasheet of SC16IS740 says that the maximum frequency is 80M, while Note 1 indicates that the maximum frequency is 24M. This confused me and I didn't know which one to believe

Please see the condition,if use the external clock maximum is 24MHz,If no the maximum is 80MHz.
