I am looking for a specification for the expected frequency min/max of the built-in internal oscillator (fosc) of the PCF8566 LCD Driver IC. The spec sheet only lists a range for fclk, which can be externally supplied or set to be fosc, as ranging from 125kHz to 315kHz. Does this mean that the internal oscillator (fosc) can have such a wide range of possible frequencies?
