We have PCA85063ATT/AJ part with 2019 date code propely stored at our EMS facility as per JEDEC storage guidelines.
would like to know what is the shelf life of this part (Shelf life=assembly end date at NXP and the assembly at the customer)
kindly let us know whether we can use now this 2019 date code part for our PCB assembly or not?
if it can be used, is there any prerequisistes (like baking, sample testing) required ??
