I'd like to perform some load-pull simulation in ADS with the ADS high power model of the MRFX1K80H transistor, available on your website.
In my application I will use the 2 transistors contained in the MRFX1K80H package as 2 parallel single-ended amplifiers. So I'd like to perform a load-pull simulation on each one of the 2 transistor, in order to obtain the optimal single-ended matching.
In ADS, I'm trying this setup, by letting one of the 2 transistors unconnected:
but the results obtained seems quite erroneous...
Could you confirm that it should be possible to use the high-power MRFX1K80H model this way ?

I see no problem using it this way, what are the results you are getting? and why leave one of the 2 transistors unconnected?
