MRFE6VS25L & MRF1K50H Noise parameters

We have bought MRFE6VS25L and MRF1K50H devices. I'm unable to find the noise related parameters like Rn(Noise resistance), NFmin (Min noise figure) and Yopt(Optimum Admittance) from the device data sheet. How can I obtain these values? I wanted these for my simulation purpose. Expecting kind help from the community.

We do not have noise data as we never tested the Noise figure on high power devices. Typical LDMOS NF's are in the 4dB to 5dB range, so one could expect these parts to have numbers close to those values.
