Brief introduction:
We have prepared a MRF300 evaluation board which is exactly same as the the one shown in its datasheet

This board is prepared for fixed frequency of 13.56MHz and to obtain RF output of 300watts.
When we swith on the board(supply voltage 50v using SMPS) we see it set at the quiescent current which is 0.1A - this is without any RF Input.
The problem is when we remove the RF input after ysing it for some time it wont set back to quiescent current(0.1A) but would show a slightly more value that is around 0.5A.
Does anyone have any idea where we might be going wrong?
