I am not sure I understand your question, could you please share more info about your planned configuration?

Keep in mind that the operating voltage of ISENSE is the following:

Vinc is the operating input voltage for ISENSE+ and ISENSE- terminals.

Vind is the operating input voltage difference between ISENSE+ and ISENSE- terminals.

I have confirmed that I cannot move the Isense pin to the bat+.This is because Vsense is only 2.5V
