The thresholds (thresholds for mechanisms such as SM03, SM04, and SM07) provided in the datasheet (MC33772B Rev6.0 6/April/2020) and safety manual (MC33772B VerE 4/7/2021) have not undergone EMC or some noise testing, which is also reasonable. Because customers have different requirements for these noises or EMC. Because the threshold range is very narrow, it is very susceptible to external noise from the entire vehicle. The customer has actually reported several cases where these mechanisms incorrectly reported diagnostic results.

Based on the above issue with MC33772B, it is also necessary to provide the threshold corresponding to the safety margin of 50mV and 100mV for MC33771C and MC33772C.  To avoid customers receiving incorrect diagnostic results in the event of high vehicle noise or EMC.

Please assist in providing this data. Thank you very much!
