I.MX RT 1060 power sequence

The reset is not functioning in my design as this is same as in EVK of i.mxrt10160. I measured the voltage, and it drops to zero when I press the switch, but the chip does not reset.  Please see the image of circuit diagram below.

Based on hardware guide, POR_B must be held low during the entire power up sequence.

But now MUC is working ,DCDC_OUT output powers the VDD_SOC_IN without POR_B signals. 

My question is do we need POR_B in every time power up. ? How do we implement it if we need POR_B, by using manual press the switch or any other way?

Answering your questions the POR_B is necessary in every time power up, as it says in chapter 3 called "Power supply" in the Hardware Development Guide for the MIMXRT1050/MIMXRT1060 Processor

For this reason, it's recommended to add the external reset IC to the circuit to guarantee POR_B is properly processed during power up/down, please refer to the EVK design for details.
