How to download LPC54016 FW by keil tool

Our project used  LPC54016JET100  chip.I download demo project program by keil tool,but can not download.The keil tool appears an error.That error is "Error :Flash Download failed".How to download program by keil tool correctly！

The board is ours.The type of chip is LPC54016JET100.I used “hello_world “demo and “usart” demo.

Thanks for your reply.
According to the below figure, the Keil supports to program these three QSPI flash. So I guess the root cause of the programming failure is that the QSPI chip on your board is not listed in Figure 1.

hi Jeremy, The picture above shows the connection method and flash model of our company's flash .I have two questions. Apart from keil tool, do other tools support other flash downloads? Whether three QSPI flash is necessary if the program can be downloaded?

1) Do other tools support other flash downloads?
-- I'd like to suggest you use the MCUXpreeso IDE.
1) Whether three QSPI flash is necessary if the program can be downloaded?
-- For MCUXpresso, it can support to program other QSPI in addition to these three QSPI flash.

According to the above figure, the MCUXpresso hasn't installed the SDK for LPC5401x, so I've attached MCUXpresso_IDE_User_Guide, it presents how to install the SDK library in Chapter 6, please refer to it for details.
