How does the pin IO_0 of MC33908 identify if there is a edge coming?

Our production use the MC33908NAE as a power supply IC. 

Now we meet a defect, when the voltage into IO_0 increase slowly,the MC33908 will not be wake up.

In this case we need to conform which waveform will be identified as a rising or falling edge?

Hello Minsheng Li,

For IO_0 pin, the values of the voltage level on the rising or falling edge can be found in the datasheet table 4. The digital HIGH input voltage level (VIO_IH) is min. 2.6V and for the digital LOW input voltage level (VIO_IL) is max. 2.1V. Please note that the values between 2.2V and 2.5V in pin IO_0 are an unknown state.
