Hi everyone

In the FS85-FS84-OTP.xlsm work, I want to make a few changes to the main_otp_registers records, but I cannot change it because it is encrypted. How do I go about this?

First of all thanks for answers,

I change the VCORE value from the GUI, but I still get the undervoltage error.

When i want to exit debug mode,ABIST2 fail because this error.And the device cannnot exit the INIT_FS state.

What can i do ?

I want to change VCORE_V(OTP_conf_failsafe_reg) because i get the VCORE undervoltage error.It is not red font but when i double click on it i see it is on protected page.

Hi Yavuz,

As you can see in the FS84/85 Safety Manual, VCORE_V must be equal to VB1V (BUCK1 output voltage):

Do you get this error if you increase the VCOREMON undervoltage threshold and filtering time? E.g. VCOREUVTH[3:0] = 0b1111 and VCORE_UV_DGLT[1:0] = 0b11?

Could you elaborate what changes are you going to make? Bits in red font are not allowed to be changed.
