Our board based on the MPC8548E has no problem at room temperature, but boot failure occurs at low temperature.
In relation to this, we are debugging the local bus part where the boot flash memory is connected.
According to the MPC8548 data sheet, the length of the LSYNC_IN/OUT signals should be the same as the longest of the LCLKs.
However, our board does not use LCLK signals and is in NC (floating) state.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to determine the length of the LSYNC_in/out loop signal in this case.

LSYNC_IN needs to be directly connected to LSYNC_OUT. There is no such recomendation for length if not used.
In your case, please check the status of TRST pin. It should be tied to HRESET through a 0-kΩ resistor.
