A2I20D040N DC Biasing

Hi,

I am a bit confused with the A2I20D040N power amplifier biasing. Hope that I can get some help here.

Can I connect Vgs1A and Vgs2A together?

Similarly, Can I connect Vds1A and VBWA together, leaving Vds2A unconnected to DC biasing?

As long as the parameters mentioned are with the specifications, the device might work as expected.

In this case, I do recommend to review the circuit design from the RF Circuit Collection. You may use it as a reference for your design.

Have you considered using the S-parameter to simulate the device behavior? You may find such material and more at the link below:
