USBDM programmer can program PA60,but cw10.6 is failed again.

I download 4.10.6.170 . I remove 4.10.6.160 and install 4.10.6.170. I sucess to download application to PA60 through USBDM programmer.

but when i debug PA60,I failed. the follow error comes out.
