JS16 ICP Bootloader fails on newer versions since 4_12_1_140

Builds 150 and 160 both fail when attempting to program a blank JS16 chip, producing the following error message:

Programming Failed   
Reason: USB connection with BDM has failed.

When I roll back to build 140, it works properly.  Tried builds 150 and 160 also with the latest USBDM driver installed, resulting in the same error message being displayed.

Hi Carl,

I believe I have located the error.  This will be fixed in V4.12.1.170.

Please check after it is released.
