Where did the Android NTAG I2C demo app source go?

I've downloaded it before, but I can't find the source code for the Android demo app anywhere.  The link from the app itself goes to the demo board page, and that page only has Zigbee demo board software for some reason.

AN11367 is supposed to have a link to a demo app too, but the link is broken.
