With the following settings

Key0, Key1 and Key2 set.

Key0 and Key1 privileges set to Read and Write.

Key2 and Key3 privileges set to none.

All 4 key headers set to Active and Locked.

Global Crypto header set to Activated.

With these settings I can still read from user memory without doing an authentication. What setting am I missing?

Note that I can do a mutual authentication and then also read from user memory, but that is working as I would expect.

Just to answer my own question read the document (rev 3.0) chapter 8.5.3.2 and 8.5.3.3 in case anyone else run in to the same confusion as I did.
