PNEV7642A will not communicate with NFC Cockpit

I'm trying to run the EVK standalone to experiment with various antenna structures. I'm able to see the controller as a mass storage device and I appear to be able to update the firmware. I'm using NxpNfcCockpit_EMVCo_05_04_00_Flash.bin and NXPNFCCopckpit_v7.3.1.0. The batch file that loads the VCOM driver on PC reports success but there is no COM port device reported when rebooting the dev board after updating the FW and NFC Cockpit can't find it.

The result is still the same. The mass storage device can be seen, but the device manager never sees a serial port.

There is a new version, cockpit v7.4.0,  can you try it on  your side?

  I;ve downloaded and tried v7.4.0.0 with the same result. Windows can enumerate the mass storage device but it does not see a virtual com port.

Please do these steps:

1. install C:\nxp\NxpNfcCockpit_v7.4.0.0\VCOM\install_PN76XX_vcom.bat
2. Make sure HOSTSELECT all switches are on 1.
3. connect J25
4. Power cycle board with USB
5. wait for a few seconds

please let us know the output after doing this
