Hi Shiori Sugawara,
The data sheet specifies the VILs to 0V, so I think better follow the spec, otherwise you have to take your own risk.
Have a great day,
Kan

Hi, Thank you for your advice.
Sorry, That's not the answer I was looking for.
I'd like to know minimum limit.
Many IC chips can apply a minimum limit of -0.3V.
I think that PN5180 also can apply -0.3V, but I can't find it.

Hi Shiori,
I am not sure which version of data sheet you are referring to, but the latest version has the data you are looking for, for example,
Please kindly refer to https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/PN5180A0XX-C1-C2.pdf and https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/PN5180A0XX-C3.pdf for more details.
Hope that helps,
Have a great day,
Kan
