Where can I find the file MCU_Power_Architecture_Compiler.pdf

I am trying to understand the .lcf file meaning and structure.  In AN4497 I see a reference to the file MCU_Power_Architecture_Compiler.pdf with the suggestion that this file contains additional information about the .lcf files. But I have been unable to find MCU_Power_Architecture_Compiler.pdf anywhere.  Can someone help?
