SPC5746 Device Pinout and Package Information

Pinouts in the attached excel spreadsheet of the MPC5746CRM.pdf for "BGA256" do not match supplied NXP mechanical drawing Document No: 98ASA00468D Rev.A "MAPBGA, LOW PROFILE, 17 x 17 x 1.54 PKG, 0.8 MM PITCH, 252 I/O".

Where can I obtain the correct mechanical package and pinout information for this device?

Hi,

first of all, SPC5746R is covered by this datasheet:

… and reference manual:

http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/ref_manual/MPC5746RRM.pdf

It’s not MPC5746CRM.pdf because SPC5746R and SPC5746C are two different devices.

SPC5746RK1MMT5 has 252 MAPBGA package and the drawing is:

http://www.nxp.com/files/shared/doc/package_info/98ASA00468D.pdf

The description of pinout can be found in excel sheet which is attached to the reference manual (link above).
