MPC5644A BGA208 not connected pins

Dear support,

Automotive Customer woudl liek to use MPC5644A in MPC55xx BGA footprint.

We have a remark in our MPC5644A datasheet

"CAUTION
Any pins labeled “NC” are to be left unconnected. Any connection to an external circuit or
voltage may cause unpredictable device behavior or damage."

Now the quesion is -> is it safe to still connnect the pads below to MPC5644A 

Pad E13:         MPC55XX VDDE7 (3.3V)    MPC56XX NC

Pad P6: MPC55XX VDDE2 (3.3V)    MPC56XX NC

Pad P15:        MPC55XX VRC33 (3.3V)    MPC56XX NC

Hope you could recheck and give some guidance ...

Design confirmed that those pins can be connected to 3,3V or even better to the GND.

For future please use ticket, it is faster.

I have already consulted it with Apps engineer and we need a feedback from design as those could be test pins which should not be connected to any level or circuit.

I will contact you via email once I have any news.
