Hi ,
I installed the files below for configuring MPC5602P chip as there is no component inspector for MPC5602P on S32D power architecture
1. STUDIO_14.0.0_2013-02-26
2. MPC560XP_MCAL4.0_RTM_1.0.0_signed
3. MPC560XP_MCAL4.0_RTM_HF1_1.0.0_signed
For the MCAL4.0 RTM, I installed them under the path of "C:\EB\tresos\plugins"
When I clicked file -> import -> Existing Project into Workspace on Tresos studio, I selected "MPC560XP_MCAL4.0_RTM_1.0.0_Integration_Application" as root directory. (which then be copied into workspace). Then I clicked SampleApplication (PA, XPC560XP), it prompted a warning showing T2D11M10I0R0 is not installed. Where should I move all the files with T2D11M10I0R0 ending? So the Tresos Studio can load the configuration.
My intent here is to only configure the low level driver and pin configuration. no need for OS.

Hello,
Please go to Help >> EB Tresos Detail, then select Module Registry tab. You shall see whether your package has been installed or not by searching for the keyword "T2D11M10I0R0"
If you have copied the package into C:\EB\tresos\plugins" folder, then the path would be displayed as "C:\EB\tresos\plugins\..." If not, try to uninstall EB tresos, install a fresh EB tresos and copy the package again.
Best Regards,
Nam
Hi Nam,
Thank you for the reply. I have re-installed the tresos studio 14.0. and re-installed the MCAL 4.0RTM package to the same path "C:\EB\tresos\plugins". I did look the EB tresos Details. Now It finds the Dem_TS_T2D11M10I0R0 but it has a new issue that it cannot find Os_TS_T2D11M4I0R57. please look at the photos below
There is no such package in the "MPC560XP_MCAL4.0_RTM_1.0.0_signed" & "MPC560XP_MCAL4.0_RTM_HF1_1.0.0_signed" so I downloaded another package called "MPC5600_AUTOSAR_OS_4.0.69_1.0.0_RTM" and a license.dat files. When I tried to install the package, it asked me the path of the license.dat and occur the issue as below
I don't quite understand the procedure specified here:
The license.dat should be placed at a specific path ?
Best Regards,
Joe
Hello @JOE_1209,
You shall need to get the license file from your SW licensing and account, under "License Keys" tab:
Tick the corresponding key, then press "Generate". After that, choose "Save All" to save the license file (with .dat extension) to your PC:

Hi Nam,
I have already done the same thing as you pointed out, the issue persists. Have you tried installing yourself? I am not sure if the Os package is the correct one that Tresos Studio requires. It is not as easy as other chips that we can configure the hardware on codewarrior and there is no complete document about it.

Joe
Hi Nam,
It works. Sorry, I had a wrong license.dat file for "MPC5600_AUTOSAR_OS_4.0.69_1.0.0_RTM"
Below, do I have to install Green Hills MULTI, Wind River and Cygnus Make prior to install AUTOSAR OS package? and also it cannot search the path of my codewarrior. Is codewarrior v11.1 compatible? or there is a compatible version for "MPC5600_AUTOSAR_OS_4.0.69_1.0.0_RTM"?
Take a look at the link below, where it states that it has to be run under windows 7 or XP. Since I am running on windows 10, I may have to use vmware to emulate windows XP environment? (such as hyper v or virtual box). Also, the lower version codewarrior also requires operating system to be windows 7 or XP.
3.1. Software requirements The PC has to work under Windows XP/7 during Freescale AUTOSAR OS installation.
Appreciate your help on this
Best Regards,
Joe
Hello @JOE_1209,
Sorry for late reply. You might not need GreenHills, Wind River,... since all of these software are for sample application running only. About the OS, yes, you need to use Windows 7/XP as noted in the Release Notes.

Nam
