I have a problem to use external 12v.
When I input 12v, then the SB_RSTb indicator is turned on with little noise sound.
I think it's because of wrong connection between pins.
Now i disconnect them, but it was still indicating SB_RSTb.
I need some guide to solve the trouble.
Hello,
When I input 12v, then the SB_RSTb indicator is turned on with little noise sound.
It means your device is held in reset.
Are you able to connect via JTAG?
Did you followed quick start guide?

Thanks, Peter.
Do i need to update firmware?
I've never used JTAG before.
So... may i get your guide about tools or something?
Hello,
I am now confused.
So how do you update the code in micro?
Did you programmed anything into micro?
I am not sure if there is any guide regarding tools, there will be one for each from each vendor.

I'm sorry. I misunderstood your previous reply.
I used micro USB to update the code.
I thought JTAG in your answer is about J11.
Anyways, i can connect via JTAG, then how can i solve this problem?
Hello,
Ok, once you connect with JTAG, is the reset released and you can debug the code?
Or is the connection not established because reset is still active?
Best regards,
Peter
The connection not established because reset is still active.
Hello,
Hmm, reset should be released once stable voltages are provided.
Can you check whether the voltages are in datasheet specified range? Just to be sure you didn't burn the board. There should be no issue if the jumpers are placed correctly.
Best regards,
Peter
Together, I did powering selection settings(J44,J45,J43) to External 12V Power Supply.
