An IVOR1 IRQ interrupt is entered during memory copy

I am currently using the SPC5746RMMT5 chip and enter the IVOR1_IRQ interrupt when debugging eTPU set2 with S32 DS for Power.
The problem occurs when the memory data is copied, as shown below, the program will enter IVOR1_IRQ interrupt.

Monitor MCSR register 0x0008A008.

How should i deal with the problems encountered
