Why project fails to build in MCUXpresso?

For long time I had no problem building projects in MCUXpresso and debugging with LPC-LINK2 Probe.  The only change I made is deleted all debugger .launch files from 'Project Explorer'.  Then, when I tried to connect to debugger, I got some error.  Then, when I tried to build project, I get above error:

I suggest you switch to / try it with the IDE 11.2.1 (https://mcuoneclipse.com/2020/10/17/mcuxpresso-ide-v11-2-1/). The reason is that you are using an older version, and that version still uses Cygwin in the back, and Cygwin on Windows can create all kind of issues. Cygwin has been removed in the later IDE (I belive from v11 on) and your screenshot shows that you are using the old V10.2 one.

Problem solved after shut down my computer.

I tried following with no success:

1)  Cleaned project build

2)  Rebooted computer

3)  Imported fresh projects from file system
