Ethernet port not able to ping

i upgraded my device kernel 4.1 to 6.1 which use soc LS1020A. after upgrade device is booting properly and Ethernet port is coming up but when i try to ping Ethernet server using Ethernet  port ping is not going even i am using the same Ethernet port which i use to boot device using tftp boot.

i added my device dts and dtsi file and kernel logs also.
