1. Do I need to add SFP to support fiber ports on the device tree? How to modify it？
2.Can the fiber port disable auto negotiation on ls1043.such as force 100Mbps?

The port can't disable the auto negotiation.
From my point of view, It is not a good idea to disable auto-negotiation.
