Hi,

A very useful feature of the IDE is the window that pops up when you hover over a statement that shows the definition of the item.

Would it be possible for the window to include also the name of the file in which the item is defined? This would save some hunting in a multiple file project.

JohnR.

I apologize for deleting my original post just before you answered it.

Turns out I was using F3 incorrectly, keeping the magic bottled in.  All is now revealed.  Thanks!

While I wait for the videos to download, I wonder if there is some magic to viewing include files?

As an example, in the the SSP demo project for the LPC1114, looking at ssp_main.c, where is SSP_BUFSIZE defined? How can I view the contents of ssp.h?

Why? Place the cursor on the item and hitting F3 will take you straight to the right place in the source file!
