Now we just check and compare with a PCF8563 data sheet and real register value.
but our real 01h value and a data sheet value is different

01h - 0x80 , 0xC0
on data sheet
01h - N (0x00)

other reset register value is same all right but 01h reset register value is different with a data sheet

what is about the result after your read others registers?
