nxp lpc2148 development board is not detected by pc

I purchased nxp lpc2148  development  board online from your company. But Computer does not detect it. when i use flash utility program and press button "read id"..it gives message..."reset your board. Then it messages"..no communication with board.

Hello Atul,

There are some options of  Development boards available can you please clarify which one are you using?, maybe a photo or the complete part number of the board. So we can understand how it is connected,  Usually for programming with LPCExpresso we use the LPCLink2 in order to use Flash Utility but I want to be sure.
