With earlier constructions with other MCUs, I have had the problem that RF emissions from crystal oscillator has been too high for approval. One way of fixing this is to have a series resistor (~1K) between XTALOUT and the crystal in order to lower oscillation amplitude. Does anybody has any experience about that?

Hi
Maybe this application note can help you.

Have a good day
Thank you very much for an interesting application note. I would love if there was more material like this for current ICs. However, there was not so much about EMI in it.
