They do differ in parameter count at least, but I would not count on the LPC1800 ISP handler to reject S 0 1024\r\n for example...
Why not use 'X' for set eXecutable bank on LPC1800 or 'H' for Hash sum on LPC800. Or maybe use lowercase 's' for the less dangerous command
