關於LPC1850 ADC 電壓範圍限制問題?

硬體線路說明:

(1) LPC1850應用USB self-power device

(2) ADC0_2(A4 pin)經由R103及R104  10K分壓電阻去偵測USB0_VBUS電壓的狀況

問題  : 由於是USB self-power供電 ,會有USB0_VBUS有電MCU未供電的情況發生

此時是否會造成ADC0_2 pin(<3.6V)的損害?

依照Datasheet描述:

(a) 使用ADC0_2設定在 5V Tolerant pad(ex:PF_8)是可接受<3.6V

(b) 使用ADC0_2 (A4 pin)單獨在analog pad並未說明是否承受3.6V以下電壓

Hi Eric,

After contacted with the AE, they'd like to suggest the the analog input doesn't exceed the 3.6V.
