Wondering if you can provide some insight to a problem we're having with a new board startup utilizing a K10.

Our situation is:  we have the /RESET pin pulsing at about 20KHZ  (chip resetting itself) , we haven't yet programmed the chip (can't connect jtag). Can you provide any suggestions to what circumstances would cause the this reset reaction. We have looked at 3 new boards and they all are doing the same thing. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

For an empty chip, MCU will output square waveform on reset pin. But you can run into debug mode with debug tools. Would you please help to tell me which debug tools you used? If possible, would you please provide your schematic? I would like to check it for you.
