Powering unused DDR module?

I am using a MK61FN1M0VMJ15 however I am not using the DDR module at all, do I need to apply power to the VDD_DDR pins

Hi, Alistair

If you do not use DDR function, You don’t need to power DDR_VDD and DDR_VREF. You can leave them floating.
