How many slaves can be connected to the SPI port?

I would like to connect 8 slaves to the SPI port.

I'm worried about fan out by connecting 8 slaves to one port.

The CS pin is simulated with GPIO.

It is OK to connect 8 slaves to one SPI port.

Hi Ryutaro:

MKE04Z128VLK4 contains two SPI modules that support 8-bit data length.

For the limited pin source, only can connect 2 slaves.  If you need to support 8 slaves, you need to use GPIO to simulate CS.
