MK40DN512VLQ10 and MK40DN512ZVLQ10

Hello everyone, I just received a batch of K40 family microcontrollers with part number 

MK40DN512VLQ10. Before I used the MK40DN512ZVLQ10. I recorded my firmware update but the

 MCU just doesn't do anything. My question is, is there any difference between the 

MK40DN512VLQ10 and the MK40DN512ZVLQ10. 

I consulted the datasheet and the only difference I noticed is the letter Z which 

stands for Silicon Revision. Can anyone tell me if there is another one?
