Kinetis K65 internal flash write-erase cycles

I plan to write data to flash if I lose the ability to write to the SD card. What is the maximum number of write/erase cycles can do on the Kinetis K65?

Hi @MattJCole ,

K65 cycling endurance is 50k for typical and 10k for minimum. Please see table 25 in datasheet.
