Differences between MK60DX256VLQ10 & MK60DX256ZVLQ10

Hello! We have been using the MK60DX256ZVLQ10 MCU and as it's being phased out, switched to MK60DX256VLQ10 (same part number without the the Z). The units that have the MK60DX256VLQ10 installed do not seem to work, but with the MK60DX256ZVLQ10 they do.

Was there any major changes that are not clear in the datasheet? I have looked a lot into it with a PDF comparison tool but I didn't find anything that stood out aside from power efficiency changes, perhaps I may have missed something?

Hi,

For the difference between MK60DX256VLQ10 & MK60DX256ZVLQ10, the "Z" means initial version.
