Flashing KBOOT and Initial App

Hi everyone, I'm trying to flash a custom bootloader based on the KBOOT 1.2 and also an initial app to my target KL25Z64 through KDS, using the PEMicro Universal Multilink FX. I'm first flashing the base app (with the right start location) and then the bootloader (.elf files), but it looks like on every flashing the previous binary gets replaced, is there any "right" procedure I'm not following?

p.s I also tried unchecking the "Mass erase on connect" checkbox without success.

Thanks in advance,

Alex.

The answer was right under my nose:

For those that may have the same question, you can "Preserve" Memory ranges from the "Advanced Options" button.

Cheers,
