My FMU isn't doing anything. Am I supposed to put code on the SDCARD?

I cant get my FMU to connect to program it, am I ment to flash the SD with anything beforehand?

You don't program anything onto the SDCARD. You do need to follow the programming procedure to at least get the bootloader installed. This is done using the JLINK debugger and the DCD-LZ adapter: https://nxp.gitbook.io/hovergames/userguide/programming.
