CW8.3 evaluation license

Dear, I download CW8.3 on 2020-04-01 and got a 1 month license, then successfully open the CW. This month I extend the license for 1 extra month and download the updated license.dat file to replace the old license. But when I open CW IDE, it says no valid license key, FLEXnet Licensing error: -5,357. Could anyone help me about this issue?

To resolve your issue, it's possible to check your license file.

Thus I suggest you create a private ticket to license team rather than answer in public community space.
