I attach an example which use Init_eFlexPWM beans, but it does not use PWM_MC beans. Regarding your question, pls check if you have configured the GPIO pin as peripheral pin by setting the corresponding bit in GPIOx_PER. Pls check if you have enabled the PWM clock by setting the SIM_PCE2 register.
If you can not output PWM signals, pls update the community.
