I have chosen MC9S08DZ60AMC(32 bit LQFP) for my project. There are 2 evaluation boards available for it. DEMO9S08DZ60 and EVB9S08DZ60. What is difference between the two? Which one is better.

Is there any other option for loading program to MCU. I will not be using evaluation board in my project.

"which one is better" depends on user requirement.

DEMO9S08DZ60 is cheaper but EVB9S08DZ60 integrates more user interface.
