MM9Z1_638 In-chip temperature sensor how to get environment temperature

I'm use MM9Z1_638 with its In-chip temperature sensor to get environment temperature;

But,due to the self-heating effect, the temperature read will slowly rise;In the first 100S,temperature is rise quickly,close to 5℃;And,close to 300S,temperature again rise 1 ℃，close to 900S,again rise 1 ℃;

Could you please tell me how to compensate the error caused by the self-heating effect
