IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE SDRAM / SRAM WITH KEA SERIES MCU?

1. IS KINETIS M0+ SUPPORT EXTERNAL MEMORY BUFFER?

2. WHAT IS THE MAX. SIZE UP TO?

3. DOES ANYONE HAS PRACTICE DCASE / SAMPLE CODES?

Hello Bright,

If you want to use SRAM/SDRAM , i'm sorry to say KEA does not have this kind of

interface, it need flex bus moudle which only exist on K series .

Hello Wang,

From the datasheet of FRAM, i think in theory it can work use the I2C interface,

while there is no demo  .
