CW v5.1 Windows 10 - PE Multilink Universal FX Rev. C

Hi,
I'm trying to debug an old project for HC12 developed with CW v5.1 in a Windows 10 platform.
I've successfully installed the CW 5.1 ide in windows 10, but when i start debugger from the DE the PE Micro device is not recognized.
The firmware of the PE Micro device is updated and the driver are the latest installed from PEMicro site.
Is it possible to use "PE Multilink Universal FX Rev. C" with CW 5.1 in windows 10 in any way?

If instead of "PE Multilink Universal FX Rev. C" i use an older "PE Multilink Universal Rev. A" (the green one) i can debug successfully.

Officially CW5.1 doesn't support win10, what's your chip part number? I will check if there is other solutions.
